The Yungas of Cochabamba and the inter-Andean dry valleys host an impressive diversity of approximately 600 bird species. Our itinerary crosses multiple ecosystems, allowing observations at different altitudes and habitats—from cloud forests to high-altitude semi-arid landscapes.

An Immersive and Authentic Experience

Our philosophy is to offer more than simple sightings. During the expedition days, you’ll be accompanied by a specialized birdwatching guide who will share knowledge about the behavior, vocalization, ecology, and conservation of each observed species. The walks will be conducted at a relaxed pace, allowing enough time for quality observations and photography.

The accommodations were selected not only for their comfort (all with private bathrooms) but also for their privileged locations near birdwatching hotspots. Included meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) highlight local ingredients, providing a complementary cultural experience.
